Pricing for your special day can vary greatly based on your unique floral preferences and vision. Consider this a guide to the typical investments for our full-service floral design. While we've included a range of options and ideas, please remember that every item is thoughtfully customized just for you and your venue.

Personal Flowers

• Bridal Bouquet – Starting at $250

  A lush, premium bouquet featuring a combination of your favorite colors and textures. We’ll help you consider the overall shape, size, and any sentimental elements you’d like incorporated into the design. Cedar Rae Floral will also ensure that your bridal bouquet is perfectly tailored to complement your stature. Finished in your choice of satin or chiffon ribbon—neatly wrapped, with a bow, or add long, flowy tails—and delivered in a keepsake glass vase. After the bride, your bridal bouquet is truly the showstopper of the day. (Most of our recent bridal bouquets range from $325–$400+, including those special blooms like peonies, dahlias, lilies, and specialty garden roses.)

  
  

• Bridesmaid Bouquets – Starting at $100 each

  A smaller, more compact version of the bridal bouquet in similar or contrasting shades. You decide how formal or fun they look!

  
  

• Corsage Bracelets – Starting at $37 each

  Stylish corsage bracelets for mothers, aunts, and any other special people - featuring coordinating blooms. Styles include a white or ivory pearl bracelet (elastic) or a metal cuff style in matte gold, rose gold, or silver.

  A more traditional option for adorning the mothers or grandmothers in coordinating or neutral colors, incorporating ribbons and flowers.

  Let your fur baby steal a tiny bit of the spotlight with a floral cluster or a full bloom collar, all secured with an adjustable double ribbon for the perfect fit. Talk about paws-itively adorable!   A floral box designed for the wedding welcome sign, filled with florals and greenery to set the stage for your guests entering the space. Final measurements for the sign will ensure a perfect estimate.

  
  

• Aisle Marker Arrangement or Ground Floral Cloud – Starting at $155 each

  A lush base of greenery and blooms to welcome you down the aisle, consider pairing two for each side of the aisle. This piece could also serve as a focal point at the altar and is our most popular choice to be repurposed at the reception no matter where it is at your ceremony. Feel free to utilize it to enhance the the front of the head table, placed on a mantle, or even a large bar area.

  Fresh, assorted florals and greenery prepped and safely wrapped for your cake maker to place on the cake. These flowers are chosen to complement the overall wedding theme and color palette. Cedar Rae Floral provides the cake florals in a bakery box and does not place them on the cake.

  
  

• Cake Meadow - Half Size "Hug" for your Cake - Starting at $350

  Make a statement! Estimated pricing includes a full, lush, premium cake meadow that will have you and your guests saying "WOW!!" Choose from either a full or half size circle for the front or back half of the cake in your coordinating flowers and greenery. Cedar Rae Floral to work with your chosen bakery on sizing to ensure correct proportions of the meadow. Full size starting at $650.

• Candles & Holders

  Candles and holders are the perfect way to create a warm, romantic ambiance on your wedding day. Just like your centerpieces, candle options can be as varied as your vision – from simple votives to elegant taper candles or grand pillar candles. Whether your venue provides some or you prefer to rent from us, we recommend budgeting around $1 per votive, $2-3 per taper, or $5-$10 per pillar candle with cylinder vase (battery-operated warm lights). We also offer bundled sets to suit each tablescape.

Floral Delivery, Setup, & Post-Event Services

• Delivery and Setup Fee – Starting at $150

  Varies with ceremony & reception locations, complexity of unloading and installations, and the given timelines of the venue. Additional team members are often required based on volume of florals to deliver and install in a short venue time frame. After all of your choices are selected, this fee will be specifically calculated for your unique proposal. We deliver all personal flowers to the bridal party before your scheduled First Look time and install all centerpieces and provided elements at the reception. Cedar Rae Floral will ensure that all floral elements align with the vision for your day.

  
  

• Flip Services – Starting at $125

  For couples who want to transition their ceremony florals to the reception space, Cedar Rae Floral offers "flip" services. This includes the safe removal, transport, and re-installation of your floral pieces from the ceremony to the reception immediately following the service. Items may include memorial flowers, altar arrangements, welcome signs, and arch pieces, ensuring the ceremony area is left clean and when your guests arrive to your receptions - everything there is beautiful and cohesive. Pricing varies with distance and complexity of the flip. If this option is not selected, we kindly suggest dedicating a trusted friend or family member to ensure they have space in their vehicle and to drive carefully. :)

  
  

• Clean-Up Services – Starting at $150

  At Cedar Rae Floral, we understand that event clean-up can be a hassle, and we’re here to make it easier for you! Whether you need a late-night clean-up or a next-day breakdown, we’ll step in to handle the details. We’ll come by after your event (or the following morning) to collect florals, vases, and any other floral décor you’ve rented or provided.

  
  

  Our team will ensure that everything is carefully packed and ready for pick-up by your friends or family, return any rental items, and even re-deliver your florals to another location if needed.
