The ranges below are meant to offer guidance and transparency — not limitations. We'll help you determine where florals will have the most impact based on your venue, guest count, and overall vision.

Personal Flowers

Most couples invest $600–$1,200

Personal flowers set the tone for the entire day and appear in some of the most intimate, photographed moments.

This typically includes:

• A lush, statement bridal bouquet

• Bridesmaid bouquets

• Boutonnieres

• Corsages and special floral accents

Investments expand with bridal party size, bouquet scale, and premium or specialty blooms.

Ceremony Florals

Most couples invest $800–$3,000

Ceremony florals frame your vows and create a strong first impression for your guests. And those photos and videos last forever.

This may include:

• Welcome sign florals

• Aisle or ground arrangements

• Arch or altar designs

• Statement focal pieces designed for repurposing at the reception

Our approach prioritizes impact, movement, and thoughtful reuse of ceremony pieces to maximize beauty throughout the entire day.

Reception Florals

Most couples invest $2,000–$4,000+

Reception florals bring the celebration to life and define the guest experience.

This often includes:

• Centerpieces in a variety of your favorite designs

• Table greenery or floral runners

Candles & Styling Enhancements

Most couples invest $300–$1,200+

Layered candlelight and intentional styling elevate the overall atmosphere and create warmth and cohesion across the space. This is one of the areas where couples most often choose to expand — and it shows. The right candle moment can completely transform a room.

Delivery, Installation & Event Care

Typically $1,000–$1,500

This covers professional delivery, full setup, ceremony-to-reception transitions, on-site floral care, and end-of-night breakdown — so your florals look exceptional at every moment without any added stress on your end.

Typical Full-Service Floral Investment

Every Cedar Rae Floral wedding is custom. While we tailor every proposal to your vision, most couples invest $5,000–$8,000 for full-service wedding florals. Weddings with statement installations, larger bridal parties, or elevated candle and styling packages often invest beyond that range.

Our minimum for full-service wedding florals is $2,000.

Sales Tax

All state and local taxes are applied based on your venue's location. In Minnesota, this is typically 6–9%, and other states may vary. Including this in your planning ensures your total investment is accurate and avoids surprises.
